Q. Is your Pet Sitting Service in my home or yours?
A. Always in your home, so your pets will keep the same routine and stay in familiar surroundings that they are accustomed to and will not be stressed.
Q. Should I call before I leave to confirm my trip?
A. Yes, please do.  Either call, text or email us to confirm with Happy Pets that your plans have not changed and we will begin our services to your babies.
Q. What do I need to do to get started?
A.  Call us at Happy Pets, 520-227-3034, we will set up a FREE meet and greet consultation with you and your pets to assess the specific needs to provide the customized care we specialized in.  This consultation usually takes 15 - 20 minutes where the Professional Pet Sitter documents information, such as feeding times, potty breaks, medication, walks, playtime to be scheduled.  From there we set up a schedule that works best for you and yours pets.  During the consultation we will go over the service agreement, answer any questions.  The Pet Sitter needs to receive a copy of your key during this consultation.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Happy Pets accepts Cash, Check, Mastercard, VISA, Discover and PayPal.
Q. When is payment due? 
A. Payment is due on the first day of service rendered.  The payment can be left on the counter or agreed upon space at your home.  If the trip away from your home was extended then the remaining amount for the extra visits will be paid to the Pet Sitter within 3 days or your return.
Q. What do you do in case of an emergency with a sick/injured pet?
A. In the event that one of your pets should become ill or injured, I will contact you immediately.  Should I be unable to reach you personally, I will contact your emergency contact and if I am unable to contact either you or your emergency contact, I will (should it be necessary) take your pet to your Veterinarian for immediate care.  (Please note that at the time of our initial consult I will obtain information about your emergency contact and we will also talk about emergency protocols to fit your needs.)
